One-on-one consulting emphasizes education and guidance in finding practical solutions to business problems. Assists parties in investigating a business model, developing a business plan, or seeking to innovate and grow business. Serves Bradford, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.

Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) is to supports the economic development of Pennsylvania by providing entrepreneurs with individual consultation, comprehensive education and information necessary to help their businesses start, grow, and prosper." A statewide, non-profit, network of university based centers that provide in-depth, quality business and economic development assistance to small businesses and prospective small businesses. The Lead Office is located in Kutztown and administers the network of all 18 Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers.
