Open to all Allegheny County families.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. All calls are referred to a
Certified Lactation Counselor who will respond the same day. Calls on
weekends or after hours on weekdays will be returned on the next
business day.

Description
Works with pregnant and breastfeeding parents to educate them about the benefits of breastfeeding. They can also help them start and continue breastfeeding. This program is designed to help increase the number of parents who breastfeed their infants in Allegheny County.
