Applications are done over the phone with a SNAP Educator to simplify the process as well as make the applications more accessible and only takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.

Provides a program dedicated to reaching the people who may be eligible for SNAP benefits but are not receiving them. Offers one-on-one enrollment assistance with the application process.

Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania

Works with hospitals, federally funded community health centers, free-standing clinics, direct-service agencies, WIC centers, HIV/AIDS service organizations, and other community-based organizations to provide services to thousands, who might otherwise go without needed care. Service areas include reproductive health, nutrition health, adolescent health, HIV/AIDS programs, and the HealthyWoman program.
