Classes are more flexible than ever with in-person, remote, and online options. NPRC is authorized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to grant Associate degrees and certificates in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is a candidate for accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
