Eligibility

Anyone with a high school diploma or GED that meets program eligibilities discussed at information sessions.

Hours

Monday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm Remote/online options available for most services and these may occur on weekday evenings.

Description

Sponsorship of up to 2 years of full time college or vocational training leading to a degree or certificate. Participants determine the school/training site program they are interested in from a list of approved training programs. Participants must apply for assistance such as PELL/PHEAA grants, if applicable.

Provides programs which include: academic and career interest assessment, GED instruction and testing, career preparation, career exploration, post secondary skilled classroom training, limited work experience, on-the-job training, job search activities, remedial classes, job search workshops, supportive services and summer jobs for youth.
