Application process
Individuals can walk-in to complete a screening, but it is asked that individuals pre-register as some screenings are only done by appointment. Chambersburg Hospital Pre-Registration: Call (717) 267-6116, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 8:00pm & Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm.
