Description
Offers a range of mental health residential services, including a short term intensive program designed to help clients avoid emergency hospitalization; a long term structured residence for older adults with chronic behavioral health diagnoses; and a behavioral health permanent support housing program that helps individuals with persistent mental health diagnoses live independently in the community.
