Children and adolescence ages 4 to 21 years old. Child must be at risk of an out-of-home placement. Previous mental health services should have been tried and deemed unsuccessful.

Description

Provides children and families with emotional or behavioral problems, home-based therapy. Services are delivered in the home, school and community by two highly trained therapists. Services include crisis intervention and stabilization services.
