Description
Owners of rental property located between Grier, West 4th, Park Avenue and Beeber, can apply for a home repair and improvement grant under the BNIP PHARE Program. Code, safety, weatherization and general property improvements are eligible. Units must be occupied by predominately lower to moderate income tenants at an affordable rent.
