Individuals 18+ diagnosed with a serious mental illness; must be referred from a treatment team that includes an attending physician in an inpatient, residential, or supervised setting; must be willing to participate in this program
Hours
Program hours: 24/7
Administrative hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
