Offers Venango County residents prenatal education to expectant mothers as well as teaches them techniques to cope with the discomforts of labor and delivery. Support individuals through the birth experience.

Programs, events and activities include the following: Social Services (two Food Pantries, two Clothing Rooms, and shelter including apartments for the Homeless), Life Skills including budgeting, clothing, education, Venango Early Head Start, Parents as Teachers, Welcome Every Child and outreach assistance.
