A) Must be 21 years of age or older with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis B) Be eligible for Medical Assistance, including Medical Assistance for Disabled Workers (MAWD)

Description

Behavioral and physical health services. Services are community based and individually tailored to encourage independence and community involvement, including employment and social network opportunities. Services are intended to improve social skills and to assist families and /or caregivers who support adults living with ASD.
