Description
Serves children who exhibit a 25% delay in one or more areas of development, or have a known physical or mental condition which has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. Therapists and Early Education Specialists work with the family in either the child's home, other community locations and through tele-intervention services to implement an individualized service plan.
