Eligibility
Services are generally targeted to families and individuals who have an annual income of less than 187.5% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. HIAS also focuses on serving immigrants who are: refugees, domestic violence survivors, victims of crimes, elderly and disabled and immigrant youth.
