Also provides specialty services including chronic disease management for illnesses such as arthritic conditions, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, and kidney disease; podiatry; nutrition; and women's health including obstetrics and gynecology.
