Description
Provides two trained consumer speakers to share compelling personal stories about living with mental illness and achieving recovery using a multimedia format (DVD and live interaction).
Providing organization
National Alliance on Mental Illness of Cumberland and Perry Counties (NAMI C/P PA)
Offers understanding to anyone concerned about mental illnesses and the treatment of mental illness. Holds mental health classes and support groups for family members and people with mental health conditions. Hosts an Annual Mental Awareness Walk on the Second Saturday of September at Adams-Ricci Park in Enola, PA. Volunteers welcome.
