Eligibility

In order to qualify for the tax controversy relief services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: Your dispute with the IRS must involve less than $50,000 Your income must be below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Drop in hours. Monday, 10:00am to 3:00pm

Provides free lawyers and accountants to help low income and English as a second language (ESL) individuals work through disputes with the IRS and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.

SLAAY is a Legal Aid tax clinic, we house a Low Income Tax Clinic (LITC). We offer free legal representation for tax issues and other civil concerns.
