Eligibility

A) Individuals ages 14 and 21 years old. B) Meet the criteria established under 55 PA Code, Section 3800. C) Pre-adjudicated and awaiting his/her court appearance to determine further disposition and has been placed into shelter by the court pending such disposition. D) Has to be in good health, mentally stable, and behaviorally stable to live in controlled manner.
