Eligibility
For Residential and Intensive Outpatient Services: Adults 18 and older with substance use disorder.
Outpatient Services: Children and/or adolescents from age 12 to 18 with a substance use disorder.
Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
