Description
Provides information, social work services, and general support that empower individuals with disabilities to live full lives in the community. Also provides client assistance grants once a year, taking requests for certain disability items from Chester County residents with physical disabilities The program includes: - Disability Advocacy - Disability related Information & Referral - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Counseling - Speakers educating interested groups and organizations in the community - Computers, free of charge, for clients to access e-mail and the Internet.

The Cerebral Palsy Association is a non-profit agency located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. We service Chester County and Western Montgomery County residents with physical disabilities. We focus not only on residents with cerebral palsy but with a variety of physical disabilities such as spinal cord injuries and MS. We have a range of programs that include: early intervention for children with developmental delays, community social services, adult services that assist individuals to maintain their independence in the community, and an innovative computer program.
