Description
Supports individuals who are ready to rebuild—providing the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to find and maintain secure, affordable, and sustainable housing. Provides Housing placement assistance, including rent, security deposit, and utility support; Financial guidance to help you build strong budgeting, saving, and money management habits; Ongoing mentorship to offer guidance, encouragement, and accountability through your transition; and Wraparound services tailored to your needs.

STRIVE Initiatives
Provides Housing Assistance, Family Reunification Services, Mentoring Services, and Workforce Development Services to individuals who are returning home from a State Correctional Institute. Re-entrants who are on State Parole are eligible for the above-mentioned services and receive referrals from their Parole Agents.
