Description
Provides prenatal and early childhood nurse home visitation for first-time mothers during pregnancy and until the child is two years old. Provides health assessments, child development assessments, nutrition education, parenting education, breastfeeding education, health and safety information, Family support planning, and referrals to other community resources and services.
