Eligibility
Low-income households; preference given to applicants who are:
* Individuals or families who reside or work within Berks County
* Veterans or the spouse of a Veteran
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to noon for walk-ins and 12:30pm to 3:30pm
by appointment only.
Application process
Applications must be submitted online. Only applicants who are unable to complete the online application due to a disability should call.
Fees
A percentage of income is paid towards rent and utilities.
