Residents of Allegheny County experiencing homelessness.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
some crisis and outreach services are delivered outside regular office hours.

Description
Provides services such as Naloxone distribution, safe syringe disposal, linkage to HIV and HCV testing, and advocacy for people who use drugs.

Facilitates connection to resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Allegheny County, especially at tent encampments, cars, bus stops, abandoned buildings. Assists unhoused individuals and families with housing, health, and safety.
