Eligibility

Monroe County HUD household income limits apply. Owner-occupied & principal residence in Monroe County. Mortgage/Property & school taxes current. Must have lived in the home for at least one year. The property can not be listed for sale or in jeopardy of foreclosure.

Description

Assists homeowners to rehabilitate owner occupied homes to repair any code violation and to meet housing quality standards. Possible repairs include: correcting code violations, repairing major systems such as heating, electrical, plumbing and roofing, making the home more energy efficient, structural components (walls, decks and porches), and windows and doors. Not for Emergency Work.
