Description
Provides a 24-hour hotline for persons with animal concerns and problems; pet ambulance for ill or injured stray animals; pet placement and referral services; information on and referral to rabies resources; and education to pet owners. Also investigates complaints of cruelty to animals and can prosecute pet owners for cruelty.
