Responsible for the receipt of all money due to the City of Lancaster including water/sewer bills, city real estate tax, refuse and recycling, housing licenses, police permits and alarms, fire permits and alarms, parking permits, handicap parking spaces and load zones

Provides fiscal management and operational support for all City of Lancaster Departments. Responsible for managing the City's Community Involvement, Insurance, Fringe Benefits and Debt Service Budgets. Includes: - Bureau of Accounting, - Bureau of Procurement and Collection - Bureau of Human Resources - Information Services
