Eligibility

Individuals who have a Summit Health bill and the income is a percent of the federal poverty levels. Individuals must also have been denied Medical Assistance coverage and show proof of the denial.

Hours

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Application process

Individuals are required to complete an application based on the type of bill that they have received. It can be for either Summit Physician Practice or through either the Waynesboro or Chambersburg Hospital.
