Description
Direct and indirect services that are provided in a variety of settings for the purpose of supporting individuals with obtaining and sustaining competitive integrated employment. Supported employment includes activities such as training and supports that an individual requires, which may include career assessment, job finding/development, and/or job coaching supports. Advanced Supported Employment an enhanced version of supported employment services which include discovery, job development, and intensive job coaching and supports. Small Group Employment services that are designed to support an individual in transitioning to competitive integrated employment, which include a mobile work force, a work station in industry, affirmative industry, and enclaves.
