Focus Population
Description
Veterans who are disabled, homebound, low-income, or in need of food assistance. Will deliver mainly non-perishable food items. During intake, you will be matched to your preferences with available donations. If approved, a VALOR Clinic Foundation representative will contact you to schedule an appointment. This program is free for veterans and their families. Delivery is once per month, the amount is based on total number of people living in the household

Provides assistance accessing benefits, and shelter to Veterans with limited or no access to care. Helps find shelter for Veterans who, due to health or means, are unable to find or keep shelter of their own, and provides Post Traumatic Stress resources through our Veterans Unstoppable program.
