Eligibility

Individuals age 10 to 27 who experience milder odd or unusual symptoms, like hearing voices, having suspicious thoughts, or unusual thought content but that do NOT meet criteria for a psychotic disorder. Does NOT work with people with previously diagnosed psychotic disorders. Individuals with psychosis are referred to appropriate clinics.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Application process

Individuals may self-refer or the process can be initiated by a clinician or other professional. Call to schedule phone screening. Prospective clients must complete a 60 minute phone screening to gather background information and assess current symptoms. They will later complete a 2 hour formal assessment to determine if they meet criteria to be considered at Clinical High Risk for Psychosis. Fees

Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance. Sliding scale or free services may be available for uninsured or underinsured individuals. Call for details.
