A) Those with no insurance coverage for eye care or coverage is outside this area B) Household income must fall at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm This program accepts applications primarily on Tuesdays

Description

Provides eye exams and prescription lenses for a client once in a twelve-month period, provided there is a change in the prescription.

NuVisions Center

Provides transportation and support services to clients with vision loss. Serves as a resource for the community regarding information on the prevention of blindness. Offers educational programs and preschool and adult vision screenings. Conducts low vision and diabetic support groups and helps persons with low income obtain eye exams and glasses.
