Eligibility
Eviction Prevention Case Resolution-
1.Individuals or family scheduled to appear in the Downingtown, West Chester or Coatesville District Court for a hearing;
2.Household income must be at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI);
3.The individual or family lacks the resources or support networks needed to maintain permanent housing

Administrative Hours: Monday -Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm After-hours
emergency support is provided as needed.

Referrals from external partners, self-referral from clients. Intake interview to confirm eligibility.

Friends Association provides free legal representation, financial assistance, and social service support to individuals and families facing eviction through the Eviction Prevention Case Resolution Program. The program currently serves the Downingtown, West Chester and Coatesville District Courts.
