Eligibility
Qualified candidates are:
A) At least 60 years of age, have a documented disability, or are a military veteran,
B) The homeowner of record for an Allegheny County property,
C) Current on all real estate taxes,
D) Earning less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
