Description
Provides general mental health counseling services offering personal therapeutic sessions in which the therapist works on a one-to-one basis with clients to help them resolve their mental, emotional or social problems. Also provides Dialectic Behavior Therapy, an evidenced-based treatment utilized to treat a variety of mental health disorders. Comprehensive DBT services are available, including individual counseling and weekly DBT skills groups lead by professionally trained therapists.
