Referrals for the programs are generated through the Franklin/Fulton and Cumberland/Perry County Base Service Units (BSU). The County BSUs are the source for referrals to New Visions, Inc. In Franklin/Fulton Counties, the BSU is Service Access and Management, Inc. (SAM). In Cumberland/Perry Counties, the two BSUs are Holy Spirit Behavioral Health Center and NHS The Stevens Center.

Offers a home for residents. Meets regularly as a group where they develop problem-solving skills, living skills, leadership skills, and group decision-making. They also work in the Lodge business, earning an income, and making decisions for the business.
