Offers activities for adults that enhance connections, decrease isolation, and improve overall well-being. Classes include: AFEP (Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program), Silver Sneakers, Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch, Water Aerobics, and Stretch & Tone.
