Description
Provides home health services to assist persons with disabilities and older adults with activities of daily living (ADL) to promote independent living; Services include: A) Homemaker services such as shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation B) Fiscal management C) Personal care Assistance with self-administered medications, feeding, bathing, grooming, assistance with ambulation, toileting, and transfer activities D) Attendant care for eligible adults under the age of 60, who are mentally alert and physically disabled, helping them live as independently as possible in their own homes while they seek or maintain employment E) Respite care F) Service coordination and Activities of daily living
