Must reside in the following counties: Blair, Bedford, Huntingdon, Cambria, Somerset, Centre, and Clearfield counties. All persons living in the household are required to be involved in selection of the pet.
Fees
Adoption fees vary. However, there is a five-dollar, non-refundable application fee.
