Description
Provides services to assist with housing needs. Services include homelessness prevention, help to regain housing stability; Street Outreach to connect unsheltered homeless individuals or families with emergency shelter, critical health and mental health services; and Rapid Rehousing for quick return to permanent housing. May also help with security deposit and/or rent.
