Description
Provides weekly home visits to pregnant women and children up to age 3. The Home Visitor and parent/primary caregiver develop a plan together that will help the child learn through daily parent-child interactions within the home environment.

We serve more than 6,000 adults, adolescents and children annually in a variety of programs and services.
