Description
A program for pregnant women who are income eligible. During pregnancy income eligibility increases to 215% above federal poverty guidelines. Services provided by the program include: - medical care provided by a doctor or midwife - pre-natal education by a nurse educator - assistance of a social worker - nutrition instruction - childbirth education - breastfeeding classes - smoking cessation programs - exercise classes Additional program sites: - May Grant Associates, Lancaster, Columbia, Intercourse - Diamontoni and Associates, Suburban Outpatient Pavilion Lancaster - Lancaster General Hospital/Downtown Family Medicine, Lancaster - Southeast Lancaster Health Services, Lancaster - Twin Rose Family Practice, Columbia - Walter Aument Family Health Center, Quarryville - Family & Maternity Medicine, Women and Babies Hospital Lancaster
