Services may include counseling, relocation assistance , educational information, networking community resources to facilitate clients' choices , enrollment in Community Service Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities (CSPPPD) waivers, and community options.

The Cerebral Palsy Association is a non-profit agency located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. We service Chester County and Western Montgomery County residents with physical disabilities. We focus not only on residents with cerebral palsy but with a variety of physical disabilities such as spinal cord injuries and MS. We have a range of programs that include: early intervention for children with developmental delays, community social services, adult services that assist individuals to maintain their independence in the community, and an innovative computer program.
