Description

Offers an intensive outpatient program designed for persons ages 10 to 13 that focuses on the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Focuses on healthy behavior change, communication skills, stress reduction and emotional regulation at home, at school and in social situations. Services include intensive outpatient group programming.

Sanare Today (ST) is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides group treatment for individuals in crisis or who are struggling with maintaining emotional stability. They offer both mental health and substance use groups at 9 different locations within SE PA.
