OBRA WAIVER and ACT 150 PROGRAM only. Enables persons with disabilities and their families to find, utilize, and coordinate available resources and opportunities in their communities based on their individual needs. Services available under these waivers include Personal Assistance Services and Personal Emergency Response services.
