Description

Offers three voucher programs: vision, breast health, and hearing aid. Vision vouchers cover a basic eye exam, basic lenses, and basic frames. Breast health vouchers cover mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsies, and other early detection testing. Provides financial assistance in conjunction with available hearing aid programs and/or assistance with the purchase.
