Philadelphia youth, primarily ages 13 to 20, who are awaiting adjudication and/or final disposition of their court cases and who have been ordered into the program by the Philadelphia Family Courts Juvenile Division

Description

Monitors juveniles awaiting adjudicatory hearings or final court dispositions. Designed to divert juvenile offenders who are in need of a highly structured, closely supervised program in lieu out-of-home placement or overcrowded detention facilities. Provides case management, daily home visits, nightly curfew calls, weekly school visits, psycho-educational workshops, advocacy, mentoring, community service, restitution payment, and monthly parent support meetings.
