Description
Assists residents who are preparing for homeownership by providing extensive Housing Counseling Services. Housing Counseling Services offer participants training and Pre-Purchase Counseling including Needs Assessment /Action Plans, Credit Counseling and Financial Education. Prospective homeowners should also consider signing up for PHA's Financial Literacy Improvement Program.
