Description

Provides interest free loans to Lancaster County residents attending an accredited institution of post-secondary education full-time and who demonstrate financial need. Applications must be submitted by the last Friday in April. Repayment begins 6 months after graduation or withdrawal from school and continues until loan amount is satisfied.
