Total household incomes at or below 50% of the Median Income Limits. All income eligible candidates who own their home will be considered with preference given to those age 60 or over.

Description

The Housing Partnership of Chester County provides our Fuel Assistance Program through donations from individuals and other organizations. This enables us to help applicants stay warm through the winter months. Qualified applicants will receive a one-time grant paid directly to the fuel provider (up to$500) that uses fuel oil, or propane for heat. Applicant must be owner of primary residence and may apply after receiving assistance from LIHEAP.
